Sometimes we are frustrated, concerned, upset, or even angry about something not working in our organizations. These disconcerting situations are caused by influences from inside or outside of the organization, involving one person or many. Are we just tolerating a situation and really wanting to transform it? Is the problem that we don't know where to begin?
Why the name Kaleidoscope? Webster's dictionary defines kaleidoscope as anything that constatntly changes; adj: beautiful. The actual etymology of the word is: Greek kalos beautiful + eidos form + English -scope to look at. We believe that human beings constanly change and are a very beautiful form to look at as they work and play in the life game!
Kaleidoscope COACHES is an organization providing ontological coaching and consulting services that provide organizations with the tools to move from toleration to transformation... to make subtle shifts that yield obvious results for individuals or the whole organization. Organizational leaders, the service providers, and their clients are all affected by the changes that take place when people learn to shift the observers they are and see more choices for the actions they take every day.
